Since 2002 Tricia has focused exclusively on nonprofits, with a specific focus on smaller and mid-sized organizations. She has worked as an auditor, tax preparer, finance director and consultant. Tricia loves helping organizations establish and maintain the financial structures necessary to achieve long-term success.

Rachael Garrett has been a bookkeeper for many years and loves nothing more than when the books are clean and the accounts are reconciled. She enjoys challenges, new software and finding solutions that enable clients to understand their bookkeeping. Her initial nonprofit work came through a position with a travel company which supported nonprofit organizations all over the world.
- Travel is a passion as well as baking and knitting.
- Two teens and her husband keep her busy with Jazz festival chaperoning, STEM and soccer activities, and summer hiking.
- Her faithful blue heeler Goose is probably asleep at her feet right at this moment.
