About Tricia Delles, CPA
Since 2002, Tricia has dedicated her career to serving nonprofit organizations, with a particular focus on small to mid-sized organizations. Her extensive experience includes roles as an auditor, tax preparer, finance director, and consultant. Tricia is passionate about helping nonprofits establish and sustain the financial structures they need to thrive and achieve long-term success.
Outside of work, Tricia enjoys life with her husband, Jason, and their three children—Ethan, Olivia, and Jackson. She’s also the proud pet parent to Charlie, a spirited Goldendoodle, and two fiercely independent felines, Kitster and Catster (with Kitster frequently making surprise appearances on video calls!).
Tricia is a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Rachael Garrett has been a bookkeeper for many years and loves nothing more than when the books are clean and the accounts are reconciled. She enjoys challenges, new software and finding solutions that enable clients to understand their bookkeeping. Her initial nonprofit work came through a position with a travel company which supported nonprofit organizations all over the world.
- Travel is a passion as well as baking and knitting.
- Two teens and her husband keep her busy with Jazz festival chaperoning, STEM and soccer activities, and summer hiking.
- Her faithful blue heeler Goose is probably asleep at her feet right at this moment.
